Christie's Confidence Club Terms and Conditions 2024

Welcome to Christie's Confidence Club! By signing up for our Confidence Club, you are committing to joining our weekly classes and becoming a part of a community focused on building confidence and personal growth. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Attendance Commitment:

  • By registering for our membership, you are committing to attending our weekly classes on Zoom. 

  • If unable to attend a class, you must email baldtourage@gmail.com *at least 2 hours* before your scheduled class.

  • Missed classes can be made up within the same week. For example, if you miss Tuesday's class, you can attend Wednesday's class, but notifying Christie 24 hours in advance is mandatory. 

  • For Junior Confidence Club, if you cannot attend class, you have the option to join Mini Confidence Club that week as Christie’s assistant for the younger kids. 

2. Membership Cancellation:

  • If you wish to stop your membership, you must cancel via email to baldtourage@gmail.com at least 7 days before the date of your scheduled charge.

3. Communication Channels:

  • All forms of communication should be directed to baldtourage@gmail.com or through our designated Facebook group.

  • No exceptions will be made for alternative communication methods.

4. Attendance Notification:

  • We will not be sending reminder emails at the start of each class. It is your responsibility to inform Christie at least 2 hours in advance if you will be missing a class.

5. Connection Hours:

  • Christie will now offer connection hours one hour before the Mini’s class time. If you have questions or want to discuss something via email, please do so during this time.

  • Any email responses can be expected within this designated hour.

6. Membership Pausing:

  • Memberships cannot be paused. Continuous attendance is expected to maintain the intimate community we are building each week together. 

7. Non-Refundable Payments:

  • All payments made for membership are non-refundable.
